Sparkle wrist bag
Here is a small little wrist bag for you to make. I used both black acrylic yarn and sparkly thread in blue to give it a unique texture. You could always use ready made sparkly yarn. This has been designed for those evenings out when a handbag is just to big.
Yarn UK, 3 ply dk yarn, I used Aldi yarn, so crafty, Acrylic
For sparkly thread I used guterman blue and silver
A Black40g
B Sparkly thread
Hook used:4mm G/6
Other supplies needed:
Stitch markers (SM), darning needle,
Stitches used in this project
MC magic circle, SC single crochet, CH chain, TR treble, SS slip stitch
sc2tog: 1. Insert the hook through the front loop of the stitch only (two loops on the hook)
2. Insert the hook through the front loop of the next stitch (three loops on the hook)
3. Yarn over hook and pull through first two loops on the hook, then yarn over and go through both remaining loops to complete the single crochet. (this creates an invisible decrease stitch)
Notes:
* The following pattern has US instructions.
* Stitches marked in parentheses are in the same stitch
Example: (2sc) means 2sc into the same stitch
Ensure both yarn and thread are used together
Washing: Read the care label on chosen yarn. This would usualy be handwash only
Finished size:19 x 19cm
